The park is located on the picturesque banks of the Daugava river on Lejupes street 5 in Riga. Extensive construction work covered an area of 65000 m2, involving the demolition of 31 buildings and meticulous foundation work, requiring accuracy up to 4 mm. The first phase of the project included construction of natural grass football fields, a warm-up area, modern artificial turf football fields, beach tennis and volleyball courts, changing rooms, parking lots, and a landscaped area. The project was built by LNK Industries.

The building on Vesetas street 6 in Riga is a true example of architectural art and refined minimalism, showcasing unusual elegance in modern Riga architecture. The building's appearance and functional layout grace a total project area of 2,360 m2. One of the most complex phases involved the construction of six-meter-high exposed columns. The construction work was executed with utmost care, resulting in a safe, durable, and aesthetically appealing structure. The project was built by LNK Industries.
The annual event “Best Construction of the Year in Latvia” was celebrating its 25th edition this year, and it was organized by the Latvian Builders Association in collaboration with the Latvian Construction Engineers Union and 22 other professional associations and industry institutions.
