The total area of the Valdemāra Biroji is 7000 m2. This office building consists of two (3-story and 7-story) parts. It is planned to implement renovation works both outside and inside the buildings and improve the surrounding territory by constructing two spacious parking lots (200 parking spaces total). The Valdemāra Biroji office premises are already available for rent and some of them are currently rented out. The first floor premises are suitable for stores.
The area of the rental premises varies from 15 m2 to 2000 m2.
It is planned to begin reconstruction works in 2021 and to finish them in 2022.
Thanks to LNK Properties’s weight of experience in building reconstruction, the lessees of the office premises will not be disturbed during reconstruction works.
