This is a unique property located in the quiet center of Riga. It includes a historical building, an old park and a land plot with a total area of 1 775 m2. At the beginning of the 20th century, the house was occupied by members of Latvia’s intellectual elite - bibliographer Jānis Misiņš and poet Leonīds Breikšs.

About the location

The quiet center is one of the most prestigious and sought-after districts in Riga. As a historical part of the city center, it is included in the UNESCO world heritage list. The project is bordered by the Skanste district - an actively-developing part of Riga, with convenient infrastructure where modern premium residential buildings are surrounded by business centers, sports arenas, schools, kindergardens and parks.

As a result of the reconstruction, this historic mansion will be turned into an office building with a total area of 1100 m2. In the front yard you will find a pristine park with a gazebo, as well as 30 parking spaces and bicycle racks, making this building one of the most interesting and attractive office centers in Riga.

The reconstruction work was completed in the summer of 2020.

The author of the project is Visvaldis Sarma (architectural firm Sarma & Norde).
