“LNK Properties each year is engaged in development of a new residential building project, adapting to market trends and economic conditions. After many comfort class projects, which were done by us in previous years, we have moved to business class project implementation, offering Blueberry on real estate market. We did not made a mistake, because in a relatively short period of time we were able to attract apartment buyers as from Latvia and from abroad," - says Aleksandra Bocharnikova, the head of residential property department of LNK Properties.
"Customers of residential projects segment are attracted with such conditions as easily approachable and developed location, modern architecture and interior design solutions, as well as the price corresponding to location and quality. We have joined all this in the Blueberry project.

Our experience plays important role, as well as technical capabilities and reputation in the real estate market, which we have gained during the successful project implementation in Riga and Jurmala," – says Aleksandra Bocharnikova.
Four-story Blueberry building, located near a pine forest is the sixth residential real estate project, implemented by LNK Properties. To ensure quality and visual performance of work under the project implementation, the construction of the building is done by the joint stock company LNK Industries that is a part of LNK Group holding, and has extensive experience in the construction, reconstruction and renovation of civilian objects.

The building has 59 apartments, which are offered to the customers with a full finished kitchen and sanitary equipment. For the convenience of customers, the building has an underground parking. Blueberry apartments interiors will be offered in three topical directions: Sea-breeze (light and romantic design decision), Urban (interior, which is based on modern functionalism) and Vintage (classic and elegant interior).
